Official Languages

The official languages of the Congress are English and Italian. The interpretation from english to italain and vice versa is ensured for the Plenary Sessions.

Projections

Is possible to present power point projections in all the congress spaces. Speakers have to take with them a CD-ROM or a pendrive with the presentation and take it to the auditorium for download it at least  3 hours before the presentation (or, if the session start at 9.00am, until 6.00pmof the day before). Speakers cannot use their  non è permesso  computer for the presentation. The presentation must be accepted only in power point format (ppt o pptx) that is in pdf. format

Cancellation

Eventual renunciations must be notify writing to the Secretariat of the Conference, within the 15th February, 2016. In this case, the Secretariat will reimburse the 50% of the fee paid. After this date, none reimburse will be provided.
Variation

The Organization of Alternative to Imprisonment reserves itself the right to make changes to the scientific programme, if any were needed due to force major cause.
